摘要(Abstract):
为达到《巴黎协定》的预期目标,气候行动数据信托(CAD Trust)集结了碳交易数据,并专注于地理空间数据的深度分析。数字技术,尤其是区块链,为碳市场交易带来了前所未有的安全性和透明性,进而建立了强大的市场信任。区块链与智能合约相结合为碳排放自动核实提供了有效方法,促进了市场的高效运作;但碳市场仍面临双重计数风险。为解决这一问题,CAD Trust利用地理信息系统中的空间分析帮助确定碳项目的地理位置重叠情况,从而减少双重计数的可能性。简而言之,区块链、智能合约和空间分析技术为碳市场打造了一个更公正、透明、高效的运作模式。
In pursuit of the goal of the Paris Agreement, Climate Action Data Trust(CAD Trust) has consolidated carbon trading data, with a particular emphasis on in-depth analysis of geospatial data. The carbon market has benefited immensely from digital technologies, especially Blockchain, which has brought unprecedented security and transparency to transactions, thereby establishing robust trust in the market. Furthermore, the integration of Blockchain with smart contracts facilitates automated carbon emission verification, and enhances the market's efficiency. However, the carbon market still grapples with the risk of double counting. To address this issue, CAD Trust has employed spatial analysis in Geographic Information System(GIS) to help detect the geographical overlap of carbon projectd, therefore reducing the possibility of repeat counting. In essence, Blockchain, smart contracts, and spatial analysis technologies have crafted a more fair, transparent, and efficient operational model for the carbon market.
